The U.S. Dollar and the Yen declined against high-yield
exchange currencies before German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, met
with the managing director of the International Monetary Fund,
Christine Lagarde. The meeting offered money market investors signs
that E.U. leaders were working to solve the debt crisis. During the
